Wow, I am Jealous! :)
Kim, from "Nutt n Honey" made her own version of the cauliflower pizza I posted about a week ago, and I am just super impressed with how awesome it looks. It blew me away that she was able to do so well on her first try, because I know it wasn't easy for me!
When I showed the picture to James, his reaction was, "WOW I WANT THAT PIZZA."
Here is the picture Kim sent me a link to:

In case you missed it before, here is link to the recipe.

The second or third time I made the cauliflower crust, I added 2-3TBS of cream cheese. Doing this seemed to help the crust hold together a bit better. Though mine NEVER looked as good as your friends pizza!

I am loving all the low carb recipes. You are inspiring me to try harder with with my family's diet. God bless!

Bethany, all I did differently (mistakenly, actually) was puree the cauliflower in the food processor. I tend to overdo and not always pay attention.
Was yours able to be eaten by hand, or did you have to use a fork? We needed a fork, but it was still delicious and filling! I only needed one or two pieces. I normally eat 4, which isn't hard with a regular pizza!
