I Got Some Good Deals Today!
I went to a thrift store today, and got some really great deals!
With two bedwetters in the house (and seemingly no end in sight) seeing these pullups for 4.00 a pack was a welcome sight ...They cost so much new! I bought 6 bags of pullups for only $24.00, and also picked up 2 bags of baby diapers (for the new baby!) and a couple dozen diapers that weren't bagged.
About $35.00 in all, which isn't bad for this much stuff!
I also found some really gorgeous maternity clothes, almost all of them were Motherhood Maternity dresses and they were my size...which is hard to find at thrift stores for some reason. I usually come across XL or XXL which are way too big, and never seem to find anything nice..so this was such a terrific find! Beautiful, beautiful dresses!!

And for Bonnie, I found this cute little canopy for her bed... it looks so pretty and she was excited about getting it. Someone had attached little flowers and birds to it, and I got it for about $5.00.
I think we did pretty good!

Well done! I love the red top and silk top. It's so important to feel gorgeous when pregnant. I'm right on 40 weeks (for the 4th time) and it's hard to feel anything but enormous!

What a sweet find for y'all. It sounds like I need to come shop where you have for those XXL and we have lots of M and L here. LOL Of Course! The grass is greener and the clothes are better somewhere else.

You can't beat a good thrift day! We usually find the opposite to be true about maternity clothes at our local thrift stoes- almost everything is size small and medium.

Ya know thats funny about you always finding the larger size maternity clothes, cause when I was preggo and tried to find larger second hand clothes, I always found smaller sizes!!! So how is the pregnancy going so far. Do things feel any different with this baby where it is your fourth? I just wonder how different my second one will be? So far, things seem to be going like all of the other pregnancies! The differences I noticed in the beginning were due to the progesterone I was taking - it actually reduced my morning sickness a lot.
