Busy with Art, and small baby update! :)
I've been busy with my book, but I've also been busy with lots of artwork. I have three drawings that I've had waiting on me to do for a while! I finished one today.... Many of you know about Tammysrecipes.com. This portrait is of her sister, Bonnie, with Tammy's son... Bonnie won the pencil portrait in a drawing that I had a month or two ago when I was asking everyone to vote for the Chick Fil A photo!

And here's another sketch that I'm working on that's about halfway finished..

And my church recently asked me if I could paint some cute little props for the childrens' Christmas play, so that's another thing I've started on...here's just the outlines so far!
I think these should be complete before Sunday. The hardest part about these is cutting the shapes out, especially if your razor becomes dull in the process.

I went to the doctor yesterday and my kids got to listen to the baby's heartbeat! They were excited about it and thought it was so very cool.
Bonnie wanted to know why they put the gel on my stomach, and Caleb thought the heartbeat was the sound of the baby punching me (because it was so loud!) before I explained to him that the heartbeat was amplified a lot. lol The baby's heartbeat was at 150 beats per minute! I've been feeling lots of tiny and reassuring kicks lately, so I am excited about that!
In about a month I will get an ultrasound and hopefully will find out if it is a girl or a boy!
The morning sickness has faded and is almost completely gone. The only thing that seems to trigger it is going without eating for too long...however, it's still only a slight nausea now, which is much better than it was before! I've been feeling much more energetic lately, which is great!

LOL... A friend of mine had an ultrasound the other day to determine boy or girl (they have 3 boys) and the baby didn't cooperate.

Only one of my baby's cooperated, so I had to wait till birth to find out whether Noah or Bonnie were a girl or a boy. Maybe this baby will help me out a little!

Your church is so lucky to have someone as talented as you in are!
Glad to hear all is well with the baby.
