Computer Problems
Computers can be frustrating sometimes. For the last couple of weeks, I have not been able to transfer photographs from my camera to the computer- I stick the USB port into the computer and as soon as I turn the camera on, the computer shuts down. Instantly. It happens whether I stick the memory card into the slot, or whether I use the usb port, so I know the problem is with the computer somehow.
I was using my laptop to retrieve images until two days ago when the cord to it got broken- so now I am stuck not being able to upload pictures until my husband fixes the cord. lol Hopefully he'll do that soon!

Bethany-
Hi! i just had a miscarriage yesterday (naturally, at home). I already have 2 boys (3.5yrs and 6 mths). Thank God...it made it slightly easier to get through. i didn't know how gruesome it would be, but i desperately wanted to find the baby (in the toilet w/ gloves on) and bury it. Therefore it was comforting to see that someone else actually did it and I REALLY appreciate seeing what my 7wk. old would have looked like had i been able to find him/her. I'm a born againer too
sincerely,
karen erskine (happily married 8 yrs and 36 yrs old

Karen, I am so very sorry for your loss! I hope and pray that you'll find comfort and peace through your time of grief.
I would like to suggest some resources that might help you along the way- they are:
http://www.pregnancyloss.info
(this website helped answer so many of my questions when I was going through my miscarriage)
http://www.misdiagnosedmiscarriage.com (even though it deals with misdiagnosed miscarriages, it also deals with miscarriages that are not misdiagnosed and I have found lots of support and friendship there from other women who have gone through a loss).
And here are some books that you might find helpful as well:
Empty Arms: Emotional Support for Those Who Have Suffered Miscarriage or Stillbirth By Pam Vredevelt
I'll Hold You in Heaven (Remembrance Book) By Debbie Heydrick
Safe in the Arms of God: Truth from Heaven About the Death of a Child

Grieving the Child I Never Knew

(You can read this book online for free. Just type the title in the search engine (Google) to find it).
