Prayer Request

My sister, Jennifer, has asked that people pray for her husband, Stan (who has been in Boot Camp for the Marines for the last couple of months), and for his platoon.  They're almost through but are at the hardest part, and they are just worried that they might not graduate on time, or that they get held back- just pray that things will work out and that they won't have to go through that.

Here's a picture she sent me of them- Stan is the one surrounded by a heart.

    Hi Bethany,

I was not even aware of her husband being in Boot Camp for the Marines. What an Awesome privilege to get to serve in our great Military and a wonderful career too. I will be praying for his safe return, His platoons success and a happy reunion for he and Jennifer. By the way the baby is adorable!!!!

He has to go to MCT for a month after boot camp, then MOS schooling for 8 weeks, after that he gets his first permanent duty station and yes i am coming with him as soon as I possibly am able to! Eventually yes he'll get deployed but hopefully not right away...

          Jennifer,
I will be praying for Stan everyday and for you and Lilly. My husband is not in the military but he works for the Army and we have been separated before during some of his voluntary moves. I think you and Stan have an awesome opportunity to serve in the Marines. It is truly a service orientated job and I personally am thankful for the men and women who willingly GIVE to allow us freedom. God will be with you, Stan, and Lilly.

Our prayers go out to Stan. We should all light a candle at the Church of the Holy Sepulcher in Jerusalem. We can do that through http://HolyLandPrayer.com. God bless.

I go for my final divorce date next Wed the 23rd after 25 yrs of marriage. I suppose I got too old as he desired someone younger with whom he now resides with 3 children. I have never wanted this divorce despite the many affairs he has had. I pray for him to repent of his sins and return to GOD and that he may not find peace until he does and that our marriage be restored along with my eyesight
