Grand Re-Opening of My Website, "Bethany Kerr Fine Art"
Thank you to all who responded in my last Poll! I have closed the poll now...there were 53 respondants in all!
I have a little surprise for all of you who commented in response to the poll- Every one of you was entered into a drawing for a free pencil portrait from my website, Bethany Kerr Fine Art!

I used Random.org to select the winner. The randomly chosen number was 9. FRAN, from "Fran Takes 30 Minutes" was the 9th commenter, so she won! CONGRATULATIONS FRAN!
What was the reason for this? I wanted to do something to celebrate the new beginning of my website, Bethany Kerr Fine Art. It was completely redesigned this month! My sister came up with the beautiful design for the front page, and a man named Travis Almand (my friend's husband) reprogrammed the entire site and built it back up from scratch, removing all of the unnecessary things I had put in there, and making it very clean, professional, and organized! It looks so much better than it did before.
I am so very thankful for the work that he put into putting my website together. I love the way he has made thumbnails on the left side (of the drawings and murals pages), and when you click them, the image shows up on the right. I was never able to do this myself, as I only know the bare basics of HTML...and my site before was full of unnecessary of unworking links- he removed them and made it look so much better. To all of the others who commented on the poll, I am giving a 50 percent discount on my usual portrait prices if you choose to ever have a drawing made! This offer will last for 3 months, ending on September 24, 2009.

BUMMER! I was busy having a baby last week and missed the poll. ;0)
Just wanted to make sure you knew that our little baby Ondrea Brook Wolf is here. She came into the world via emergency C-section weighing 9 lb. 6 oz. and at 21 inches long. She is healthy, and I am recovering from my c-section and tubal ligation (due to health problems).

WOO HOO! I would love to have a portrait of my kids done! (Though, with 5, even half price is expensive!! Ha ha *grin*) I will talk to Adam and see if we can budget it in. July is tax time over here, and we are due a pretty cool refund.
