Bonnie Babies Soft Sculptured Baby Dolls
I posted about my mother-in-law's precious little soft sculptured baby dolls ("Bonnie Babies") back in April. She finally has her Etsy store open for business! If you have an Etsy store, please "heart" her!
I took pictures of her babies yesterday and this morning listed them all on Etsy...they are so adorable, and would make wonderful gifts for birthdays and any other special event in a little girls' life. In fact, if you are an early Christmas shopper, you might be interested in her Christmas baby, Holly. She'll be having many more holiday specific dolls in the future as well.
Bonnie makes her dolls "to be played with". She knows that these toys will be used by young children and makes them specifically for that purpose. She double machine stitches the body and arms and legs to make sure that they are extra durable. She hand stitches the details in the face, the hands, and feet. Hours of love and work go into each and every doll, and every single baby is unique and has it's own little personality- and it's own name!
Something that might interest you- Anyone who is a reader of my blog and would like to have a custom doll made by Bonnie, will get their dolls for the prices originally posted in the old post. Those are really low prices and a GREAT deal for what you'd be getting... so much time and effortgoes into putting together each doll.
It is only through my blog that you can get this special pricing. If you contact her through her Etsy shop to make a custom gift, just let her know that you found her from my blog, and she will honor the rates.
I have the link to her Etsy shop in my sidebar now, so you'll see if she ever updates with new dolls. You can also see a few of them below:
