I was hoping to have an update on this sooner, but we didn't get the glass in until yesterday!    My husband is thrilled to be working on the aquarium again. 

Here is what his aquarium looks like right now... my husband did a few more coats of the black waterproof paint for the inside.  He has to paint the outside too (not sure what he's going to do there exactly, but will find out soon!), but hasn't gotten to that yet.   





Here is the glass...we had it in the livingroom and then James and his brother took it out and tried to put it in the fishtank.


It only has about a fraction of an inch that needs to be sanded off on the inside to make the glass fit, so they had to take it out and will be working on it , then putting the glass back in it- hopefully this Saturday.
