Random Pictures I Took Today
It was such a beautiful, sunny day today...I went outside and saw so many things blooming, I had to take pictures of everything.
A field close to my house...

Bonnie picked this daffodil for me today... I had it in the car while I was running errands today.

These are pear blossoms...we have several pear trees in our yard.
They look so pretty this time of year.

Just some pine needles...

The clouds were so puffy all day. I am always mesmerized by clouds. They're ever changing.

This is a tiny bud from our dogwood tree.

And some blossoms from the weeping cherry trees...

A budding daffodil...

Can someone tell me what kind of tree this is? These were gorgeous.

And this is not an outdoor picture, but I wanted to include it also.

Aw- lucky you..spring is already at your doorstep
Here i Denmark the sun is just started to shine away, those dark winterclouds.
But the birds in our garden, knows spring is coming soon, their "songs" is more joyful.
I have a tree in my garden , just as the one you ask the name for.
Mine is just in a more pale pink.
so i found this link for you, about the tree: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Magnolia#Gallery

How lucky for you that spring has arrived at your house! I live in Saskatchewan, Canada and today's windchill temperature is -49F! Brrr! I am looking forward to spring here - I love seeing the birds return and the new growth on the trees.

I think that is a magnolia tree, with the pink flowers. You must live in the southern US, I'm in Indiana and nothing is blooming here yet except my mom has a couple crocuses blooming. It was 24 degrees here this morning. BRRRRRRR, I enjoyed your spring pictures, thanks for sharing!
