Flowery Apron

The other day, I got an email from a reader of this blog, asking me to make an apron for her.  After figuring out what type of apron she was looking for, I chose Easy McCalls m5690, which had the closest match.   really like this apron style and will probably make it again for myself!  (not that I don't already have enough aprons. )

I don't know if it's easy to tell in this picture, but there are actually two pockets on the front.

The straps wrap around and button together...

And here is the back:

One of these days, I need to get a taller mannequin!

Bethany, I printed out the pattern for an apron, it's blue gingham with a V-neck but the construction info was not included. The page says "Make as previously described". Can you provide the rest of instructions? I'd appreciate it. I think this apron is darling and I have patterns dating back to the late 1800's.
    Thanks!

I know I am two years late, but I was looking through all your aprons and found this last one here and fell in love with it. Now I just have to find a similar pattern at the local art store. I love the big bow win the back. Thanks for sharing.
