Four Mini Loaf Pans
We went to an estate sale a few weeks ago, and I found this wonderful little 4 mini loaf pan for a couple of dollars!
I was thrilled. This makes the perfect sized loaves for giving away, or for making kid sized sandwiches.
Here are three of four loaves that I made two days ago (one was already eaten before I could take the picture). I used this basic white bread recipe. Very simple and very good. It tasted wonderful with butter and fig jam spread over it.
