Rainbow

I saw a rainbow yesterday and had to stop the car on the side of the road so I could get a picture.  Too bad that rainbows don't show up as brilliantly in pictures as they do in real life.  This one was so much brighter and more vivid than it appears in this photo.    Just beautiful!

By the way, as requested by some commenters, I will try to post a tutorial on making biscuits and how to cook bacon so it doesn't curl soon.

    Hi Bethany!

    Gorgeous rainbow and countryside!
Just curious, what crop is growing there?

Ah, you know what? I couldn't tell. I will have to go back there and look and see if I can figure it out. I go by there all the time...it's about half a mile from my church.

I always cook bacon in the oven on a bakingsheet.
200¤ celcius or aprox. 390¤ F until it's brown and delicious.
The bacon gets so crunchy and crispy and the clean-up is so easy ...just carefully discard the bakingsheet.
