I got tagged again by Melissa to post 10 random things about me. 

The last few times I was tagged, I didn't have a chance to post anything and carry it along...  But I have time this morning!  By the way, here are the last two "random things" posts I have done: Here and here.

Random things about me:

1.)  I have a mole on the left side of my face, under my chin. A lot of people have mistaken it for a bug, and have informed me that I have a bug on my face. 

2.) My middle name is Marie.  

3.) I have a scar on my knee that came from tripping over a vacuum cleaner when I was 12.

4.) I have another scar on my shin that I got from falling off my bicycle when I was trying to carry two water jugs on the handlebars while riding up to the barn to water the chickens when I was 14. 

5.) I do not have a scar for this (surprisingly), but I nearly decapitated myself when I was 11 years old, when I was at a friend's house and was riding down her driveway (very steep) and since it was a 10 speed bicycle and I had never ridden one of those before, I couldn't figure out how to stop the bicycle (backpeddling didn't work), and I ran directly into a barbed wire fence.  It knocked me unconscious and I had scars all over my neck.  And barbs stuck all over my body.  The only thing that kept me from practically killing myself was that coincidentally, that very week, that family had loosened the fence because they were going to be taking it down soon.  

6.) I am not organized, though I am trying every day to become more that way.

7.) Some of my childhood heroes were Florence Nightengale, Amy Carmichael, George Washington Carver, and George Muller.

8.) My favorite show on TV is "The Office".

9.) If you meet me in person, at first, I probably won't say much...but let me get to know you and I will talk your ears off.

10.) I can wiggle my ears.
