One Lonely Pint of Raspberries
My mother brought me about 2 cups of raspberries from her garden yesterday, along with some strawberry jello. I found a very simple recipe, and was able to make 1 pint of raspberry preserves within about 25 minutes!
The recipe is so simple:
1 1/2 cup raspberries
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 small box jello
Boil, then pour into sterilized jar/s. Then seal tightly and use the boiling water method for 15 minutes.
It made 1 pint for me. I love the beautiful deep red color and the shimmering seeds.
