Kimchi Again
I don't have much time to post today, but here is what I did today and yesterday... Made Kimchi. Lots of it! My father and mother in law had given me about 10 cabbages to use, and I finally put them to use.

Is this spicy? I remember you talking about it before. I'm not a huge fan of cabbage though.

Yes! It is very, very spicy! James and I love spicy stuff so that is one bonus for us! lol
If you don't like cabbage the regular way, you may enjoy it this way...but you'd never know till you tried. I think it's possibly an acquired taste. Not sure. I wasn't sure the first time I tried it, whether I liked it or not..but it seemed to be better each time and I really love it now!

I'm going to have to break down and try this one out. You're right, fish sauce smells nasty! But I wouldn't cook my fried rice without it!
