11 years ago....
I found a picture of James and me from about 11 years ago, when we were just engaged. We have changed so much since then.
Compare that to this recent picture of us, which my sister took yesterday (she also took our family portraits, which I will be sharing in another post soon!).....I am just amazed at how much we have changed over time!
(I'm glad to be rid of that perm!)
Here is a poem that I wrote my husband, when I was still the same age as the first picture:
Eternal love
Before I met you,
Only God knew
That I would fall
In love with you.
He knew it before
He created the world,
He knew it before
The heavens unfurled.
He made it part
Of His wonderful plan,
Even before
Human life began.
No one else could have picked
A better person for me,
And I will love you
Eternally.

Usually it seems time and child bearing makes us not look as good as we did in our younger years. You two are even better looking even though you are 11 years older: )

It's fun to be able to take a stroll down memory lane and see how much we have changed.
I do that with some of our pix of DH and I. We've been married 7 years, but alot has happened in those 7 years, mostly good, like getting saved (Hallelujah!).

Great photos! How time swift away so fast. The difference between of you and him way back compared to the last photo is literally different. The only similarity is that it is made with lots of love every now and then.
