Video of the Kids Playing Game

Friday, I was looking for ideas for games, and found a bunch online.

My favorite was one game idea where you you line your kids up on one side of a room, give them a basket full of clothes, have them put on each item of clothing in the basket, then run to the end of the room, take the item of clothing off, and then run back to their original position where they try to put on another item of clothing. The first one to have all of the clothes transferred from one side of the room to the other in this fashion wins!

I decided this was worthy of being videotaped.  My kids LOVED this game (although I had to really encourage Bonnie, so that she would stay in- you'll notice I'm cheering Bonnie on throughout the first part of the movie).  It was a lot of fun for all of us.   In the second part of the movie, Noah wants to play, so he ends up using Bonnie's stack of clothes. I thought it was so funny seeing him in one of my shirts (looked like he was wearing a dress). He didn't care.

So much fun.

this would be an awesome time to give the kids their clothes in a baxket that you are not sure if the clothes fit anymore- a way to get them to try them on w/out telling them you are sorting thru their stuff! Excellent idea!

Oh, such fun!!! You had me laughing. I remember playing a game like that in gym class, only everyone's shoes were in a pile. You had to find your own shoes, put them on and then race to the other end.
Noah's attire looks just like what my youngest likes to wear whenever possible. Just a diaper.
    Have a great day!
