Fried Cinnamon Tortilla Strips

I found this recipe in an old Taste of Home magazine, and thought I'd share.  It's so simple and quick to make.

Just get a couple of flour tortillas, cut them into slices, and deep fry them until lightly browned.  Dry them on a papertowel, and while warm, coat with a sugar/cinnamon mix.

The kids loved this, and it didn't take any time at all!

They taste best once cooled completely.

Good evening, Bethany! I love this recipe. I tried them for the 1st time on New Years Day. My sister in law had made them for a family dinner and they were delish!!! I ate so many of them that she cooked me some more before I left to take home with me. Since then, I have made them several times for the kids and myself. So easy to do and only takes a few minutes!!!
