Ginger Chicken and Soya Onions
This is a REALLY delicious recipe. Tastes very authentic, and it was eaten up very quickly after I made it.

Ginger Chicken and Soya Onions
4 boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1/4 inch dice
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp minced ginger root
1 tsp cornstarch
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 large white onion, diced
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp soya (soy) sauce
1 tsp hot sauce (such as tabasco)
sesame seeds
1.) In a small bowl, combine chicken, egg, ginger, and cornstarch; season to taste with salt and pepper; mix well. '
2.) In a non-stick skillet, heat 1 tbsp oil over a medium high heat for 30 seconds. Add onion and honey. Saute onion until onion softens and begins to color. About 2-3 minutes. Add rice vinegar, soy sauce and hot sauce. Stir in the chicken-egg mixture; saute for 5 minutes, then cook on medium high until chicken is cooked through.
3.) Serve with rice (I put soy sauce in my rice) and sprinkle sesame seeds over the food. You can garnish with lettuce and/or basil.

Looks great! Now if only...somehow... you could get that dish appear on my dinner table tonight I would be so very happy!

Maybe you can help me out with something…? I want to order all of my food online from now on because of various reasons, but I don’t know where to go for quality food. I have tried 2 companies so far, Fresh Dining, and and Celebrity">http://www.myspace.com/celebrityfoodslover">Celebrity Foods, but I wanna get others I can try out. Do you know of any? The main thing I’ve ordered so far is steak. I guess you can say, I’m a steak junkie. LOL!!! From what I have found out (from what I have ordered so far) I think I am able to regulate the quality of beef I buy. I hate going to a store and getting that crappy slab of beef that I have to cut down until there is like nothing left. Hahaha!!!! (its so true though) Anyhow, sorry that I made this comment so long. If you can help me out or point me in a direction where I might find more quality foods online, I would greatly appreciate it. Have a good day or night! (depending on when you read this) LOL!!!!

Roxanne, I will snap my fingers right now...if the food appears on your plate, let me know! I could be rich!

Leosatter, I'm so sorry. I have absolutely no experience with ordering foods online. My mom used to order food from Schwans, but that is mostly pre-made foods and probably not at all what you're looking for. I hope you'll be able to find some more..try changing your wording around and googling a bit. Maybe you could search through the blogs to see if anyone is blogging about it. Thanks for commenting.

Nothing in the world can take the place of Persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. The slogan 'Press On' has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race.
