Sweet Bear
I made this teddy bear today.... isn't he sweet? I purposely made sure that there were plenty of imperfections (not that I wouldn't have had them anyway). I don't like perfect teddy bears. They just don't have the character that the ones with who are imperfect have.

Noah was the first to steal the bear away from me, so I guess it's his! He sure does love it.

That bear is precious! So is Noah, of course. My younger girls still love stuffed animals and are always asking for them at the store. That is just the cutest little thing - I wish I had time to make them one... or two... May I ask where you found that fabric?

Thank you all for the kind comments! Gena, I got the fabric at Hancock fabrics. When I picked it up, it was because it was on a clearance rack that said "Half off"...then when I got up to the cash register, the woman told me that it was a mistake, and that it wasn't supposed to be on the clearance aisle. This is after she had already rung everything up.
So I actually ended up paying 12 dollars a yard for it. Yikes!

Bethany, the bear is so cute and worth the 12 dollars a yard to see Noah's face. PRICELESS as they say on the American Express commercials.
My computer crashed awhile ago and we just got a new one so this is the first time I have been on here in a long time.
I am back at home after being fired at work but in the end it is turning out to be a blessing so I am just enjoying my time again with my littlest one still at home.
hope all is well with you. My daughter was at state for x-country last weekend in Cullman but I was unable to attend..I was going to contact you and see what you were doing...would be nice to meet you sometime in person. maybe next time or next year?????
