Fall Y'all Pencil Portrait
There is a great Fall Y'all carnival going on this week! YOU MUST go here if you love giveaways! You will find a list of HUNDREDS of blogs who are doing giveaways this week...All you have to do is comment on their posts! So go there and enter soon...it'll take you some time to get through them all.
Because of this, I'm making my pencil portrait contest end about 10 days earlier than before. It will now end on November 5, 2007, instead of November 15. Here is how the contest goes again...
I have a bowl full of dried pinto beans here:

For those of you who couldn't tell how large the bowl is, here is a picture of the bowl (emptied) with a measuring tape...hopefully this will help! Thanks!
This bowl is an average sized soup bowl. I do not know how many beans are in this bowl, but in exactly one month, I will be counting them to see how many there are.
Your job is to guess how many beans are in the bowl!
You may guess 1 time every DAY, until the contest is over. The person with the closest number wins a hand sketched custom pencil portrait from SketchesByBethany.com
You MUST include a valid email address, so that if you win, I can notify you.
If it happens that two people were exactly as close to the number, I will try to figure out something to use as a tiebreaker.
I hope this works for everyone... I have more gifts that I'd like to giveaway but I think I will just do it one at a time.
