When I was cutting the apples, I decided to cut the cores in half to show the kids how neat they are...and they looked so pretty, I had to take a picture:

Look good.A thing you could do with the apple cores is to have the kids dip them in paint and make pictures.

Mmmm...yummy. Anything that can be served with ice-cream is okay by me. I'll be adding this one to my recipes for sure. And I like the idea of using the apple cores for stamping an art project too.

This looks so good. I will try this later in the week after I do my Aldi shopping and get some apples. I always have oatmeal, but I try to buy apples only for recipes - my family doesn't really eat many of them on a daily basis.
