Some amendments to the May OAMC list

Unfortunately, no matter how hard I try, I always seem to forget something or the other.   Such was the case this month when I wrote out  May's Once a Month Grocery list.   I realized my mistakes once I got the the grocery store, and a couple of them I realized after I got home and started cooking (and was missing ingredients).

I updated the website page with the grocery list, here are the additions:

1 pre-made pizza crust (for those of you who will not be making your own pizza crust)
1 box ziti noodles
3 containers (as opposed to 2 cups) sour cream

ALSO: Just remembered, I also need to add that you leave 2 pounds of the ground beef uncooked, for the meatloaf!

If I left anything else out and you happen to catch it, please let me know and I will make the changes as necessary!

I notice you use cooking wine. It's so much better to use real wine. it will taste that much more better! You never want to cook w/something you wouldn't drink. Red/white wine isn't that expensive. And it lasts!

If you're concerned about the alcohol, it burns off during the cooking process.

Actually, I did use the cooking wine last time, but my husband and I purchased some red wine for August's cooking list, and it did taste much better!
