Bagels

This morning, I made Bagels for all of us... I have never made them before, but I found a recipe online that sounded delicious,  so I went for it!

They are absolutely perfect!   Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside...a real delight to eat!   The kids are begging me for more after they had one, but I want them to last till my hubby gets home for lunch!

    Then just stick it in the boiling water for about a minute and put them in the oven. They are perfect...next time I'm going to put onions in them. Or maybe I'll try a blueberry bagel. Yum!
