More crafting :)
Well Bonnie has joined me in being crafty...she's been helping me sew and giving me ideas for more fun things to do !
She also asked me yesterday if she could make a painting on a large piece of cardboard. I let her, and here she is showing off her artwork:

Before James left she said, "Daddy! I want you to take this to work with you and show all your friends my painting!" He took it with him when he left and she was so excited about that.
Here are two other things I made yesterday for gifts....
Some baby shoes (using the Tutorial I posted previously) made out of vinyl:

Arent they neat? I didn't know for sure if the sewing machine would sew the vinyl or not, but it did!
I figure that these shoes will not get dirty as quickly as the cloth shoes... OR I can also make other cloth shoes but use this for the sole!
It's so much fun to make these little shoes.
Also, here's a little kitty for a friend of mine's daughter... Bonnie is happy knowing it is going to one of her friends!
I made a pattern for this myself while Bonnie watched.

Wow, Bethany, you are so talented. And your passing it on to your kids, too, she looks so proud of her painting!
Love the shoes, by the way!

Those shoes are so sweet! I hate putting my babies into hard shoes. May have to try my hand at baby-shoe-making

Margaret, if you do make some of the baby shoes, I would love to see them.
Jill, it's great to hear from you again! I have been wondering where you were (I check your blog every day).
Christine, as always, thank you for your kind words!
