Bethany,
I have so been there on the ear infections! My now 4 year old started with them at 3 months and pretty much had them until March of this year. For some strange reason we did have an 8 month break when he was 2. I am talking about around 30 ear infections and he is on the third set of tubes.
So, one of the things that we did right around the start of the 8 month break was to take ds off of all forms of dairy. We gradually added back in cheese and yogurt after a few months. But he still does not drink cows milk. Does Noah have tubes? like I said, we are on the third set. He has also had his adenoids removed, which happened just prior to the 8 mo break as well. so the doctors will not admit that dairy was a problem. Even now though, he gets them every 2-3 months, not every month. and he hasn't had one since march, so we are really praising the Lord on that one.
Anyway, I feel your pain, it is no fun and quite stressful. I hope you all get some sleep tonight.

Wow, I am really sorry to hear about your son's ongoing ear infections. They sound miserable. Noah has never had tubes, but my husband, James, has. James was deaf at the age of 2 due to his ear problems...after having the tubes in his ear, his hearing slowly came back. If your son is having problems with dairy, please consider that it might be from either the pasteurization or homogenization process. From a lot of research I've been reading, many people who have a dairy intolerance are actually only having problems with the store bought milk ,but have no problems with fresh, raw milk. Of course, I don't know for sure if it's true or not, but it seems very likely to me that it could be true.
It's my dream to one day own a dairy goat or cow, beacuse of the benefits that there are to the raw milk.
Here are some links you might look at about it:

I'm thankful for you that he's not had an ear infection since March! Maybe they will slow down or hopefully completely stop soon!
Thanks for your kind words !

By the way, I hope I didn't sound pushy or rude when I mentioned homogenization - I just happened to stumble on the information recently and wanted to pass it along, just in case it could help someone!

Aww, what beautiful pictures. I always get a little bittersweet feeling when they're like that. To have my boys want me and only me and to lie quietly in my arms is wonderful, but it's so abnormal for them that I feel awful about them being so pitiful!

Hi, I found your site from a link you left in the comments on Spunky's site. Your name caught my attention!
Hope he gets to feeling better.

Thank you, Bethany! haha I was confused at first seeing my own name. I was wondering if I had written that meaning to post it on someone else's blog...but then I followed your link!
Thank you for the compliments! He is starting to feel a little bit better.
