Me at the recital yesterday
Well, this may not be the best audio, but it's the best we could get with the digital camera. Please forgive the staticky sound. I was singing, "Come and Trip it" by George Fredrick Handel.
I realize it's a really funny song with strange lyrics (come and trip it on the fantastic toe) lol , but that's the song that I was told to sing.

I haven't seen your site for a while so I came to check on how you were doing. So, so have 4 kids, homeschool, bake, do once a month cooking,make lip balm, sew, and sing! I want to be like you when I grow up!!!
I think I am going to get out that quilt I haven't finished. You are so inspiring!

Well, I stayed up until now and I got a lot done on it. I pinned the backing, batting, and front together-- All while making dinner, keeping my 6 kids and an extra 5 year old happy. Impressive, huh? : )
I need to get to bed, and perhaps someday if I figure out how to send a picture, I will send you one of the quilt.

Wow, 6 kids and an extra! That's amazing. Isn't it so much fun getting back into it?
I wish I had started sewing a long time ago,...I just got my first sewing machine a couple of months ago and started from there...now I'm addicted! lol
