Kids in school today
Here are some pictures of what the kids have been doing this morning.
Caleb's working on his math, Bonnie's finished her math and English...

she is a great helper kneading bread dough!

(Actually I have to do most of this because it's difficult for her little hands to knead the dough too much... but I do let her help once I have finished the kneading necessary).
Noah's being a silly boy in the playpen, goofing off. Just look at that silly pig face!
It's been a nice day today...James left for work a little while ago and I'm hoping he will be here at lunch time so I can fix him something nice. Yesterday for lunch I made grilled cheese, bacon, and sweet onion sandwiches. They are simple but so delicious!
I didn't get a picture of them, but found a picture online that looks similar:

Just in case you want to make them:
Saute 1 sweet onion in 2 tbs butter (I like a lot of butter), and while you're doing that, put your bread slices on a cookie pan, with every other piece covered with one slice of cheese (whatever kind you prefer- I used Jack/colby), and be cooking some bacon as well (at least 2-3 pieces for each sandwich). When the bacon is finished, the onions should be as well. Turn off the burner, place them on napkins, and then put the bread in the oven. Bake the bread for about 2-3 minutes at 350 or until the cheese looks melted.
Then put the sandwiches together with the onions and bacon and a little mayonaisse.... and it's delicious!
Oh and I meant to post this about a week ago but forgot.... here's my little baby modeling some shoes that I made for him to wear last Sunday at church. Aren't they sweet?

Have a blessed day!!!
