I have not been as organized this month as I was last month, and completely forgot to get my Once a Month Cooking list together.    Well, I would think of it from time to time, but there was so much to do and so many people sick this month, it was difficult to get the time to sit down and prepare it.  (Speaking of sick people,little Noah has come down with fevers AGAIN since two days ago. He just got over being sick and now he's sick again. I hope it's short lived this time   This time of year has been hard! )

I decided to go shopping with hubby today and get 2 weeks worth of groceries today.  Our pantry and fridge were nearly bare!

We bought all we needed and went home...James bought some chex cereal, pretzels, and peanuts and cooked some delicious smelling chex mix tonight!   Here's a closeup of the yummy mix -  I wish you could smell it- it's wonderful!


Also, I am in the process of crocheting a scarf....here's what it looks like so far (just started):
