DONE!
I am finally done with all the meals! I tell you, it can be so overwhelming, but once it's over, there is such a sense of relief and accomplishment! I just made 30 meals again (I actually did make 30 because some of the meals were larger than I expected, so instead of the 26 I planned, I ended up with a larger number!)
Here's how today went ...I wasn't able to get pictures of everything because I was so busy, but I snapped them when I could!
Here is the manicotti that I prepared first today.... One GREAT tip for stuffing manicotti: Don't cook the noodles, first of all (in case you were so inclined- I made that mistake once)...and second, get a ziplock bag, and with a pair of scissors, cut a little slit in the corner of one of the bottom edges, then fill with enough cheese mixture to squeeze into one shell, and squeeze directly into the shell! It works great!!

I also made lasagna, but forgot to take a picture before putting it in the freezer!
Bonnie came in and wanted to help me knead the bread dough that I was making for the pizzas....so I gave her a lump and she got started.

Here's the pizza crust before I put it in the freezer bag:

And here's my "pizza kit".
'
Here's my meatballs before putting them in the oven:

Here's what the Tomato Chicken Gumbo looks like:

And the Hawaiian Chicken (if you could only smell and taste it...it's WONDERFUL! The picture does NOT do it justice! )

Bonnie rolling out dough for the "Kids Chicken Bites"

Ok and the last picture I got (there was so much more to take pictures of but I just didn't have time with all the washing dishes and putting stuff away!)....I thought I'd leave you with a funny.
Look at Noah's face in the picture below- I had just told him "No, don't touch the dough". lol He doesn't like being told no apparently,

Hi Bethany. Your food looks so yummy . I am going to try once a month cooking later this month and plan to use the recipes you posted on your web site along with your shopping list. I will let you know how I do. Thank you for generously sharing your hard work for others to benefit from. Blessings to you and your family.
