31 meals prepared!!
WOW that was a LOT of work yesterday! I thought it would never end! Cleaning, baking, cooking, cleaning the mess again, trying to find pots and pans, cleaning some more, borrowing pots from James' parents, cleaning again, cooking again. James and I woke up early in the morning and started working right away. We didn't stop for anything except to eat and change baby diapers until 7:30 at night!!!
Here are some pictures:
James stuffing steamed bellpeppers- He actually stuffed almost FOURTY of them by himself. That's a lot of bellpeppers!

Oh! He bought me a new crockpot yesterday also, which I LOVE!!! I was wanting a bigger one for a long time, and he bought it to help me out, isn't it awesome?

Here is what our freezer looks like right now. It may not look like it but there really is a month's worth of meals in there!

I love your freezer set-up, looks very organized and the baskets are great. Good job!

Did the blue freeer organizers come with the freezer? Mine doesn't have any ledges to hook such baskets on. Hmmm, I wonder if there's something out there for that. I gather you likely had to buy a lot of aluminum cassarole dishes? Did you guys like all the meals (maybe I'll discover that in future posts)? I don't know that I could very well do a whole months worth (feeding 8) and actually store it expecially as my freezer is nearly full as it is! But, it would be nice to do it a bit I think.

It came with my freezer-- I got it at lowest, and it really has come in handy!
